METTA is an ancient Pali word meaning Loving Kindness.
This is the Root for everything we do here at Metta Spa Hoian. Minh Xuan – Spa Owner – Once said:
“Regardless how skillful your hands are, your massage makes no impact on Receiver once you deliver a robotic treatment. However, once you flow your hands with Kindness – Thoughtfulness and Care, the benefit of treatment would go to both therapists and guests. By the time your guests are released from tension, you would find pure rejuvenation for your soul.”
To be able to share those words, Minh Xuan had been tested in the most challenging working environment for 15 years. She believes, her greatest trainers are her valuable guests’ body and mind.
“Body gives you physical job and mind give you higher challenges “ she said. You have to learn how to interpret hidden challenges from guests’ minds. In the blissful silence of countless treatment hours passing by, Ms.Xuan slowly and patiently broke the boundaries between Giver and Receiver by understanding their physical tension and listening to the tense of mind. Only when putting heart in hands, you would find the physical job a meaningful and loving care to all people in need.
